About PodLance Courses

We help creators publish resonant podcasts through practical, minimal, and globally-accessible education. No buzzwords—just clear steps, repeatable habits, and a production workflow you can actually maintain.

Mission

Reduce friction between your idea and a listener who needs it by teaching the smallest effective podcasting workflow.

Approach

Practice-first cohorts, templates that fit small schedules, and feedback designed to build confidence—not dependency.

Global-first

Clear language, time-zone friendly sessions, and accessibility choices that keep learning lightweight and inclusive.

Our mission

PodLance exists to make podcasting feel achievable. We focus on the few steps that produce real results: choosing a format, recording consistently, editing efficiently, and shipping episodes on a schedule you can keep.

We don’t teach “perfect audio.” We teach “good audio, shipped on time,” because consistency earns trust, and trust grows an audience.

2019 — First cohort launches

We validated hands-on recordings and editing sprints to boost confidence. The goal was simple: ship a first episode and learn a repeatable routine instead of chasing tools.

2020 — Templates and “minimum viable episode”

We introduced scripts, checklists, and a lightweight definition of done. Creators could record with less anxiety, edit faster, and publish without second-guessing every decision.

2021 — Curriculum expands globally

Time-zone friendly live sessions and async options helped more creators start. We adjusted delivery for clarity across accents, languages, and bandwidth constraints.

2022 — Workflow over gear

We doubled down on systems: planning, batching, editing decisions, and release cadence. The course materials became less about “what mic” and more about sustainable production.

2024 — Minimal platform

This lightweight site focuses on speed, contrast, and accessibility. The product is still the same: clear instruction, accountable practice, and respectful feedback.

Principles

  • Clarity over complexity
  • Practice over theory
  • Respect for your time zone and language
  • Ownership: your feed, your audience
  • Accessibility as a default, not an upgrade
  • Small, durable workflows beat ambitious one-time pushes

Team

We’re a distributed team of editors, producers, and educators. We prefer shipping episodes to showcasing faces—so we keep this page text-only and focused on what you’ll learn and how we teach it.

If you’re looking for a partner mindset: we optimize for momentum, honest feedback, and craft you can repeat without burnout.
