Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund if you have completed less than 20% of a course.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• We may ask for basic details to verify your purchase and course progress.
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible and may take several business days to appear.

Acceptable use

• No sharing or reselling of course content
• No unlawful or abusive conduct
• Respect community guidelines
• No attempts to bypass access controls, scrape protected pages, or interfere with site operation

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of revised terms.
